Fix random MAC addresses not allowing hotspot

Sometimes, some generated MAC addresses make the phone not allowing hotspot networking.

It can be caused because of the full randomly generated MAC addresses. Such as the IMEIs generation, get the 6 first bytes from a pre-determined plausible devices list.
