Rename the window with the instance value

By uncommenting 19a0941a , it's possible to use wmctrl to find the first window name beginning with Signal and rename it with the instance name, few seconds after running the .desktop file. However, it's not an elegant solution and when the application receives a new message, the window name is automatically renamed to Signal (1) (it counts the number of notifications).
