Signal tools on MacOS and Windows

It would be really great to have the script installing signal-cli, Signal Desktop and afferant tools working under Windows and MacOS.

Reasons:

1. A lot of people are still using Windows and MacOS 😞 It is better to provide support for these people than nothing
2. Some people rejecting smartphone are sometimes also rejecting all computer stuff and so have a Windows OS. For these people, it would be a good approach to have Windows with BitLocker, Signal-CLI with GUI and Signal Desktop

Adapting to MacOS seams not too hard, but for windows !?
